Ella Mielniczenko is a content producer, video strategist, and brand builder who helps teams grow audiences through platform-first storytelling and audience insight. A founding member of BuzzFeed Video, she led content across the company’s video brands and launched key initiatives including BuzzFeed Violet, Pero Like, BuzzFeed’s flagship Snapchat channel, the Facebook Live Initiative, 360 Video, and the BuzzFeed Creators Program.

She has also led content R&D and series development, launching digital series across platforms and building new digital ad products. In 2019, she was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Media.

She has since worked in marketing and content strategy for Spin Master, Netflix, and Meta. At NewsBreak, she leads social media across brand accounts—creating original and marketing content, partnering with the creator program, and conducting consumer research to help shape app growth and evolution.
